Our dragonfly is pure and naturally-fermented.
It is made from 100% ripe black currant fruit gently fermented into cassis wine which is aged for over 12 months. The wine is then slow-fermented for several more months into a delicious and nutritious wine vinegar that goes well with salads and vegetables, as a vinaigrette or as a sauce for all types of meats and seafood. You can also use dragonfly in power drinks, on gelato and sorbet, or use it to finish off your favorite recipes.
Our first varietal wine vinegar is made from our merlot grapes which we ferment into one of the most tasty and appealing wines. Just like our dragonfly, we slow-ferment the merlot with black currants for several months, transforming it into a delightful and intriguing wine vinegar.
